📦 Dispatch Times

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

Orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.

No dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

 

🚚 Delivery with Evri International

 

We use Evri International Couriers for all overseas orders. They’re affordable, reliable, and give full tracking for peace of mind.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–7 working days

North America: 7–10 working days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–14 working days

Rest of World: 10–14 working days

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Some countries charge import duties or local taxes.

• These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend checking your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure.

❌ Restricted Products

Unfortunately, a few of our items can’t be shipped internationally due to courier or customs restrictions. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you straight away with alternatives or a full refund.
