Welcome to The Quirky Depot. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our website and shopping with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. General Information

The Quirky Depot is a UK-based independent business. We reserve the right to update products, prices, descriptions, or policies at any time. All items are subject to availability.

 

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend an order before dispatch.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.Orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri) may be dispatched the same day. We do not ship on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by couriers and are not guaranteed.Local pickup is available only after a “Ready to Collect” confirmation email has been sent.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer law. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued once items are received back in their original condition. Items returned damaged, used, or altered cannot be refunded.Bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or an error was made by us.

 

5. Liability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur.We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of The Quirky Depot and may not be used without permission.

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.We only use your data to process orders, provide customer support, and (if opted in) send marketing updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
