🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy – The Quirky Depot
We hope you love your purchase from The Quirky Depot! But if for any reason you’re not happy, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
1. Returns Window
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be requested in writing (by email) within this timeframe.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging where possible.Items returned that are damaged, used, or not in resalable condition cannot be refunded. If an item arrives back damaged, we can: Arrange for you to collect it in person, Re-ship it to you at your own cost, orDispose of it safely on your behalf.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke, customised, or personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a clear error made by us or the item is faulty.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund until the item is received back safely.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs. In these cases, return postage will be covered by us, and you will be offered a replacement or full refund.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
8. How to Start a Return
Email us at thequirkydepot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Send your parcel back using a tracked delivery method.
