🚚 Shipping Policy – The Quirky DepotAt The Quirky Depot, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship, delivery times, costs, and local pickup.

 

1. Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days.Orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday) may be dispatched the same day.Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following working day.We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays.

 

2. Delivery Options

At checkout, you’ll be able to select from a range of delivery options, including:Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or courier services – estimated 3–5 working days)Express Delivery (1–2 working days, depending on courier availability)Tracked Delivery (with tracking number provided once dispatched)Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods. We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method you choose and the size/weight of your order.From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions – these will be clearly advertised on our website.

 

4. Local Pickup (Hull, UK)

If you are local to Hull, you may select Free Local Pickup at checkout.You will receive a “Ready to Collect” email once your order is available for pickup.Please do not come to collect your order before receiving this email.Local pickup collections can be arranged on weekends, but only after your confirmation email has been received.

 

5. International Shipping

At this time, The Quirky Depot primarily ships within the UK. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a custom shipping quote.

 

6. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.If delivery is missed, the courier will usually leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Customers are responsible for rearranging redelivery or collection directly with the courier.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist.If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Please allow sufficient time for courier investigations before refunds/replacements can be processed.
