🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in line with UK consumer law.

• Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Products that are damaged, used, or altered will not be refunded.

• Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.

• Damaged Returns: If a return arrives damaged, you may collect it in person, pay for it to be re-shipped to you, or request that we dispose of it.

• Exemptions: Bespoke, personalised, or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty or an error was made on our part.

• Faulty/Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

🚚 Shipping Policy

At The Quirky Depot, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

• Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri) will usually ship the same day.

• No Weekend Dispatch: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

• Delivery Options: A variety of shipping methods are available at checkout.

• Local Collection: Free local pickup is available on weekends, but only once you receive your “Ready to Collect” email.

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
